Alone

Today we're together,
Tomorrow you'll be gone,
you can't seem to cope with me for long
So you just fly like a bird in the sky,
Without so much as a goodbye.


To speak of love & then disappear,
causing heartache and so much fear,
A feeling of emptiness with nowhere  to go,
The pain and depression, making me low.


My heart is torn, the tears just flow,
Perhaps one day the answers I'll know.
 Wherever you are, I  pray your safe,
And one day return, to my warm embrace
